近日,山東(dong)省教(jiao)育(yu)廳公布第二(er)批“山東(dong)省高校黃大年式教(jiao)師團隊”名單,我(wo)校城市軌(gui)道學院教(jiao)師團隊赫(he)然在列(lie)。
近年(nian)來,城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)軌道(dao)(dao)學(xue)院(yuan)教師(shi)團(tuan)隊踐行“以學(xue)生為中(zhong)心”的(de)(de)(de)教育理念,立足山東、著眼全國(guo),為企業(ye)(ye)量身(shen)打造現代(dai)工(gong)匠、為國(guo)家潛心培育合格人才,在(zai)人才培養模式、教育教學(xue)、課程(cheng)(cheng)建設上(shang)銳意改革,開(kai)發(fa)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教材20余(yu)部(bu),其中(zhong)《城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)軌道(dao)(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)票務管理》獲(huo)國(guo)家“十三五”規劃教材,5門課程(cheng)(cheng)獲(huo)山東省精(jing)品(pin)課程(cheng)(cheng)和省級(ji)(ji)精(jing)品(pin)資(zi)源共享課程(cheng)(cheng),團(tuan)隊獲(huo)得發(fa)明專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)利25項(xiang),申(shen)報的(de)(de)(de)《基于(yu)真(zhen)實(shi)工(gong)作環境(jing)的(de)(de)(de)城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)軌道(dao)(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)類專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)實(shi)訓教學(xue)體系的(de)(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)與(yu)實(shi)踐》項(xiang)目(mu)獲(huo)評(ping)國(guo)家級(ji)(ji)教學(xue)成果(guo)二等(deng)(deng)獎,指(zhi)導(dao)學(xue)生獲(huo)得省級(ji)(ji)以上(shang)技能競賽及創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)類獎項(xiang)50余(yu)項(xiang)。城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)軌道(dao)(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)車(che)輛技術(shu)(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)群立項(xiang)中(zhong)國(guo)特色高水平專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)群建設項(xiang)目(mu),城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)軌道(dao)(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)車(che)輛技術(shu)(shu)和鐵道(dao)(dao)供(gong)電技術(shu)(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)入選全國(guo)職業(ye)(ye)院(yuan)校交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)運輸類示(shi)范專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)點(dian),城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)軌道(dao)(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)車(che)輛技術(shu)(shu)、城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)軌道(dao)(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)運營管理、城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)軌道(dao)(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)機(ji)電技術(shu)(shu)、城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)軌道(dao)(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)供(gong)配電技術(shu)(shu)和城(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)軌道(dao)(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)通(tong)(tong)(tong)信信號(hao)技術(shu)(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)入選教育部(bu)第三批(pi)現代(dai)學(xue)徒制試點(dian)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)等(deng)(deng)。
這一成績的取得是我(wo)校(xiao)長(chang)期深入開展師(shi)德師(shi)風建設,著力(li)提升教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)隊伍教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學、科研(yan)創新、社會(hui)服(fu)務水平(ping)的又一成果體現。下一步,我(wo)校(xiao)將以建設“黃(huang)大(da)(da)年(nian)式教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)團隊”為(wei)契機,引(yin)導廣大(da)(da)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)以黃(huang)大(da)(da)年(nian)同志為(wei)榜樣,心有(you)大(da)(da)我(wo)、至誠報國,教(jiao)(jiao)書育(yu)(yu)人、敢(gan)為(wei)人先(xian),淡泊名利、甘(gan)于奉獻(xian),為(wei)新時代職業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)發展作出新貢獻(xian)。
