5月(yue)12日,黨委(wei)書記高磊在圖書行政樓第(di)一會議室主持召(zhao)開了黨委(wei)理論學(xue)習(xi)中心組(zu)(擴(kuo)大)2021年(nian)5月(yue)份第(di)一次(ci)集體學(xue)習(xi)會。
會(hui)議學(xue)習(xi)了(le)《中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)共(gong)產黨(dang)統一(yi)戰線工作條例(li)》第一(yi)章(zhang)、第二章(zhang),習(xi)近平(ping)《論中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)共(gong)產黨(dang)歷史》中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)“正確認識改(gai)革開放(fang)前和(he)改(gai)革開放(fang)后兩個(ge)歷史時期”“知(zhi)史愛(ai)黨(dang),知(zhi)史愛(ai)國(guo)(guo)(guo)”和(he)“學(xue)習(xi)黨(dang)史、國(guo)(guo)(guo)史是堅持和(he)發展中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)特色社會(hui)主(zhu)義的(de)(de)必修課(ke)”。
高(gao)磊指出,黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)十八大以來,習近平總書(shu)記高(gao)度重視黨(dang)史(shi)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)習,圍繞中國共產黨(dang)歷史(shi)發表了(le)系列重要(yao)(yao)論述(shu),集中體現在(zai)習近平《論中國共產黨(dang)歷史(shi)》一書(shu)中。這些(xie)重要(yao)(yao)論述(shu),體現著(zhu)我(wo)們(men)(men)黨(dang)對自身(shen)歷史(shi)的(de)(de)(de)一貫立場和態度,體現了(le)我(wo)們(men)(men)黨(dang)對學(xue)習運(yun)用(yong)(yong)黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)歷史(shi)重要(yao)(yao)性(xing)和必(bi)要(yao)(yao)性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)深(shen)刻(ke)認(ren)識(shi),是習近平新時代中國特色(se)社(she)會主義思想的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)組成部分。全校領(ling)導干部和廣大黨(dang)員必(bi)須用(yong)(yong)腦用(yong)(yong)心(xin)用(yong)(yong)情學(xue)習,真正學(xue)深(shen)學(xue)細學(xue)精,在(zai)工作實踐中抓好貫徹落(luo)實。
高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)磊(lei)強調,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)習(xi)近平《論(lun)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)共產黨(dang)歷史(shi)》,關鍵是(shi)(shi)要理論(lun)聯系(xi)實(shi)(shi)(shi)際學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),切(qie)實(shi)(shi)(shi)用總(zong)書記(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)重要論(lun)述指(zhi)導(dao)實(shi)(shi)(shi)踐(jian)推動學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)質(zhi)量發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。一(yi)是(shi)(shi)堅持走(zou)自己的(de)(de)路。總(zong)書記(ji)(ji)說(shuo):“三(san)十多年來,我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)能(neng)夠創(chuang)造(zao)出人(ren)類歷史(shi)上前(qian)無古人(ren)的(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)成(cheng)就(jiu),走(zou)出了正確道路是(shi)(shi)根(gen)本(ben)原因”。就(jiu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校而言,我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)積(ji)極探(tan)索類型教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)背景下職業高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養規律(lv),在省內率先實(shi)(shi)(shi)施完(wan)全學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)分制改(gai)革(ge)、率先推行“書院制”學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)管(guan)理模式改(gai)革(ge)、面向行業產業實(shi)(shi)(shi)施“以群建(jian)(jian)院”等(deng),我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)培(pei)養學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)不僅(jin)懂技術,還要會(hui)生(sheng)活(huo),更要有品位,這些都是(shi)(shi)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)研透國(guo)(guo)家政策文件(jian)結(jie)合(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校實(shi)(shi)(shi)際而謀(mou)定的(de)(de),這些改(gai)革(ge)和提法領先于(yu)省內其他高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)校,并(bing)取(qu)(qu)得(de)了初步成(cheng)效,推動了學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校實(shi)(shi)(shi)現更高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)質(zhi)量發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。二是(shi)(shi)順應世(shi)界大(da)(da)勢(shi)(shi)。“世(shi)界潮(chao)流,浩浩蕩蕩,順之(zhi)則昌,逆之(zhi)則亡”。我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)順應大(da)(da)勢(shi)(shi),緊抓獨立(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院轉(zhuan)設的(de)(de)機遇(yu),積(ji)極推進轉(zhuan)設升本(ben)工作(zuo),籌(chou)建(jian)(jian)山東(dong)職業技術大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。目(mu)前(qian)職教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)地建(jian)(jian)設已成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)職教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)大(da)(da)勢(shi)(shi),我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)必須因勢(shi)(shi)利(li)導(dao)、順勢(shi)(shi)而為(wei)(wei),在時代(dai)前(qian)進潮(chao)流中(zhong)(zhong)把(ba)握主(zhu)(zhu)動,贏得(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。三(san)是(shi)(shi)代(dai)表最(zui)廣大(da)(da)人(ren)民根(gen)本(ben)利(li)益。總(zong)書記(ji)(ji)說(shuo):“我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)黨(dang)之(zhi)所(suo)以得(de)到人(ren)民擁護和支持,就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)因為(wei)(wei)能(neng)始(shi)終代(dai)表中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)最(zui)廣大(da)(da)人(ren)民根(gen)本(ben)利(li)益”。就(jiu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校而言,我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)堅持“以教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師為(wei)(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)體、以學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)為(wei)(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)”的(de)(de)辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理念,不斷改(gai)善辦(ban)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)條件(jian),提升師生(sheng)幸(xing)福指(zhi)數。引(yin)導(dao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)職工把(ba)個人(ren)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)相結(jie)合(he),小我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)融入(ru)大(da)(da)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo),在融入(ru)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)大(da)(da)局中(zhong)(zhong)實(shi)(shi)(shi)現更好發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。四是(shi)(shi)加強黨(dang)的(de)(de)自身建(jian)(jian)設。黨(dang)的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)設是(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)革(ge)命取(qu)(qu)得(de)勝利(li)的(de)(de)三(san)大(da)(da)法寶之(zhi)一(yi)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校要想實(shi)(shi)(shi)現高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)質(zhi)量發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),必須做強內功(gong),練好“鐵布衫”,進一(yi)步加強教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師隊(dui)(dui)伍、管(guan)理隊(dui)(dui)伍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)(dui)伍建(jian)(jian)設,不斷提升教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師的(de)(de)課堂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)能(neng)力、科研能(neng)力,不斷提升服務管(guan)理水平。五是(shi)(shi)堅定中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特色(se)社會(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)義自信(xin)。“自信(xin)人(ren)生(sheng)二百年,會(hui)當水擊三(san)千里”。對我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)們(men)(men)而言,目(mu)前(qian)正處于(yu)爬坡過坎的(de)(de)關鍵時期,只有全校師生(sheng)擰成(cheng)一(yi)股繩、凝聚一(yi)條心(xin),堅定打(da)造(zao)“打(da)造(zao)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)最(zui)好的(de)(de)職業高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)”“創(chuang)建(jian)(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)職業高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)‘山職’樣(yang)本(ben)”的(de)(de)信(xin)心(xin),勇往直(zhi)前(qian)、奮勇拼(pin)搏,才(cai)能(neng)不斷開創(chuang)新局。
高磊(lei)指出,思政(zheng)(zheng)課要加(jia)(jia)強理想信念教育,在學(xue)生(sheng)中加(jia)(jia)強四史(shi)特別是(shi)黨史(shi)教育,堅(jian)持用社會主(zhu)義核心價值觀引(yin)領知(zhi)識傳授,引(yin)導學(xue)生(sheng)牢固樹立“四個意識”,堅(jian)定“四個自信”,立志(zhi)肩(jian)負起民族復興的時代重任。思政(zheng)(zheng)課教師要不斷拓寬歷史(shi)視野,加(jia)(jia)強“四史(shi)”的理論研究,充分挖掘歷史(shi)資源,不斷提升教學(xue)的歷史(shi)深度,通過生(sheng)動、深入、具體的縱(zong)橫比(bi)較,把(ba)一些道理講(jiang)明白、講(jiang)清楚。
高磊(lei)強調,《中(zhong)國共產黨(dang)統(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)戰(zhan)(zhan)線(xian)工(gong)作(zuo)條例(li)(li)》的修訂和實施,是新(xin)(xin)時(shi)代加(jia)強統(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)戰(zhan)(zhan)線(xian)制度體系建設的重要(yao)舉措,為(wei)“十四(si)五(wu)”期間乃至未來(lai)更(geng)長(chang)時(shi)期黨(dang)的統(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)戰(zhan)(zhan)線(xian)事業(ye)注(zhu)入了(le)強大(da)動力,具有深刻意(yi)義(yi)。我們必(bi)須要(yao)以高度的政治責(ze)任感和歷史(shi)使命感,加(jia)強統(tong)(tong)(tong)一(yi)戰(zhan)(zhan)線(xian)工(gong)作(zuo)的謀劃(hua)部署。各級黨(dang)組織(zhi)要(yao)認(ren)真(zhen)組織(zhi)學(xue)習《條例(li)(li)》,把握和落實統(tong)(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)作(zuo)新(xin)(xin)要(yao)求。不斷創新(xin)(xin)統(tong)(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)作(zuo)方式(shi)方法,把廣(guang)大(da)統(tong)(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)成員緊(jin)緊(jin)團結在黨(dang)的周圍,引導(dao)他們立足本職建功(gong)立業(ye)。為(wei)譜寫學(xue)校(xiao)高質量發展新(xin)(xin)篇(pian)章貢獻統(tong)(tong)(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)力量。
