為進(jin)一步加強工(gong)(gong)作統(tong)籌,推動工(gong)(gong)作落實,7月(yue)11日,學院召開優質校(xiao)建(jian)設推進(jin)會暨2018年上半年工(gong)(gong)作總結會,黨委書記王榮昌主(zhu)持(chi)會議(yi),學院領導、優質校(xiao)各項目(mu)組有關同(tong)志,學生處(chu)(chu)、招生就業(ye)處(chu)(chu)、財(cai)務處(chu)(chu)、資(zi)產管(guan)理(li)處(chu)(chu)、總務處(chu)(chu)、安(an)全保衛處(chu)(chu)有關同(tong)志參加會議(yi)。
會議聽取了優質(zhi)校項目整體建設(she)情(qing)況,9個項目組(zu)建設(she)情(qing)況,資產(chan)采(cai)購、資金支出進展情(qing)況及(ji)有關職能部(bu)門上半(ban)年工作(zuo)(zuo)落實情(qing)況的匯(hui)報,分析了當(dang)前優質(zhi)校建設(she)及(ji)學(xue)生管理、安全穩定等(deng)工作(zuo)(zuo)存在的問(wen)題(ti)和不足(zu),對(dui)做(zuo)好(hao)下一步工作(zuo)(zuo)進行了安排部(bu)署。
會(hui)議(yi)認為(wei)(wei),今年以來(lai)特別(bie)(bie)是上(shang)次優(you)質校(xiao)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)設專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)會(hui)議(yi)以來(lai),各項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)組按照(zhao)進(jin)度(du)安排(pai)和會(hui)議(yi)要求群(qun)策群(qun)力、加班加點(dian)開展建(jian)(jian)設工(gong)作,有些(xie)任(ren)務目(mu)(mu)標已經超計劃完(wan)成(cheng),有些(xie)完(wan)成(cheng)難度(du)較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)的工(gong)作項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)已經找(zhao)到了替代方案,整(zheng)個(ge)建(jian)(jian)設工(gong)作取得了較(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)(wei)顯著(zhu)的成(cheng)績。但目(mu)(mu)前優(you)質校(xiao)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)建(jian)(jian)設進(jin)度(du)不均(jun)衡,有些(xie)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)進(jin)展較(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)(wei)緩慢,資(zi)產招投(tou)標、資(zi)金(jin)支出滯后,有些(xie)任(ren)務建(jian)(jian)設現狀距(ju)離目(mu)(mu)標差距(ju)較(jiao)(jiao)大(da),個(ge)別(bie)(bie)建(jian)(jian)設項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)的瓶頸問題(ti)(ti)仍未解(jie)決。相對于建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)國內領先、國際先進(jin)的優(you)質高職院校(xiao)的目(mu)(mu)標而(er)言,我校(xiao)的建(jian)(jian)設壓力仍較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)、困難仍較(jiao)(jiao)多,必須依靠(kao)創新(xin)開拓(tuo)新(xin)思路,依靠(kao)苦干(gan)實干(gan)干(gan)出新(xin)成(cheng)效。
會議(yi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求,一(yi)(yi)(yi)是(shi)優(you)勢力(li)量聚焦優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao),把(ba)(ba)優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)學院工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)重(zhong)中(zhong)之(zhi)重(zhong)。各(ge)單(dan)位(部門)要(yao)(yao)(yao)服(fu)從、服(fu)務于優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)大局,把(ba)(ba)精力(li)向優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)集(ji)中(zhong),統(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)思想、統(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步(bu)調、統(tong)一(yi)(yi)(yi)行動,全力(li)以赴做(zuo)好(hao)這項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。年終考核中(zhong)加大優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)比(bi)重(zhong),強化正向激勵,努力(li)形成(cheng)(cheng)干事創(chuang)業(ye)的(de)(de)良好(hao)氛圍。二是(shi)瞄準重(zhong)點指(zhi)標,在(zai)提升(sheng)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)成(cheng)(cheng)效上下功夫(fu)。把(ba)(ba)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)國(guo)家級、省(sheng)級標志性(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)果和(he)技術服(fu)務到款(kuan)額(e)、科技成(cheng)(cheng)果轉化等具有橫向可比(bi)性(xing)的(de)(de)量化指(zhi)標作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)重(zhong)點,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步(bu)解(jie)放思想,針對(dui)重(zhong)點指(zhi)標和(he)重(zhong)難點問(wen)題(ti)切實拿出真招、實招、硬(ying)招,破解(jie)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)難題(ti),提升(sheng)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)成(cheng)(cheng)效。三是(shi)把(ba)(ba)握暑假關鍵(jian)節點,推動建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)成(cheng)(cheng)果再上新臺階。各(ge)項目組(zu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)利用暑期時間充(chong)足(zu)的(de)(de)優(you)勢,集(ji)眾人之(zhi)力(li)、匯眾人之(zhi)智,集(ji)中(zhong)攻關解(jie)決難題(ti)。各(ge)單(dan)位(部門)要(yao)(yao)(yao)樹立一(yi)(yi)(yi)盤(pan)棋的(de)(de)思想,通力(li)配合(he)、全力(li)支持優(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),對(dui)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)中(zhong)遇到的(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti),要(yao)(yao)(yao)主動協助(zhu)解(jie)決,推動建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)項目順(shun)利進(jin)行。
會議(yi)認(ren)為(wei),今(jin)年(nian)以來各(ge)(ge)有(you)關職能(neng)處(chu)室按照年(nian)初工作(zuo)(zuo)要(yao)點,做(zuo)了(le)大量卓(zhuo)有(you)成(cheng)效的工作(zuo)(zuo),為(wei)優(you)(you)質(zhi)校建設提(ti)供(gong)了(le)有(you)力保(bao)(bao)障,但仍(reng)存在一些薄弱環節(jie),需進一步加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)。會議(yi)要(yao)求(qiu),一是(shi)做(zuo)實做(zuo)細學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)管理(li)工作(zuo)(zuo)。根據學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)特點強(qiang)(qiang)化分(fen)類管理(li),加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的紀律(lv)意(yi)識(shi),提(ti)高學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)遵守紀律(lv)法(fa)制的自覺性。抓好養(yang)成(cheng)教育(yu),培養(yang)學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)良好的衛生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)習慣、節(jie)能(neng)環保(bao)(bao)習慣等(deng)。二是(shi)抓牢抓好安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)工作(zuo)(zuo)。加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)教育(yu),排(pai)(pai)除安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)隱患,提(ti)高師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)處(chu)理(li)突發事件的能(neng)力,打造(zao)平安(an)(an)(an)校園(yuan),為(wei)優(you)(you)質(zhi)校建設營造(zao)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)穩定的校園(yuan)環境。把留學生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)工作(zuo)(zuo)納入學院安(an)(an)(an)全(quan)管理(li)的重要(yao)內容,配備(bei)充(chong)足人員、強(qiang)(qiang)化日常管理(li),確保(bao)(bao)學習活動順利完成(cheng)。三是(shi)安(an)(an)(an)排(pai)(pai)部(bu)署好假期(qi)(qi)工作(zuo)(zuo)。暑(shu)期(qi)(qi)優(you)(you)質(zhi)校項目建設、綜(zong)合改革、校園(yuan)基礎設施整(zheng)修等(deng)任務繁重,外出培訓的領導(dao)干部(bu)也比較多,假前各(ge)(ge)單位(wei)(部(bu)門(men))負(fu)責人要(yao)提(ti)前安(an)(an)(an)排(pai)(pai)部(bu)署好工作(zuo)(zuo),確保(bao)(bao)各(ge)(ge)項工作(zuo)(zuo)順利進行。各(ge)(ge)部(bu)門(men)之間也要(yao)加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)協調(diao)溝(gou)通,打好配合戰,為(wei)暑(shu)期(qi)(qi)各(ge)(ge)項工作(zuo)(zuo)順利開展提(ti)供(gong)便利服務。
