為進一步(bu)加(jia)(jia)強工作(zuo)(zuo)統籌(chou),推動(dong)工作(zuo)(zuo)落實,7月11日,學院(yuan)召(zhao)開優質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)建設推進會(hui)(hui)暨2018年(nian)上半年(nian)工作(zuo)(zuo)總結會(hui)(hui),黨委書記王榮昌主持會(hui)(hui)議,學院(yuan)領導(dao)、優質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)各項(xiang)目組有關(guan)(guan)同(tong)志,學生處(chu)(chu)、招生就業處(chu)(chu)、財務處(chu)(chu)、資產管理(li)處(chu)(chu)、總務處(chu)(chu)、安全保(bao)衛處(chu)(chu)有關(guan)(guan)同(tong)志參加(jia)(jia)會(hui)(hui)議。
會議(yi)聽(ting)取了優質校(xiao)項目整體建(jian)(jian)設情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang),9個(ge)項目組建(jian)(jian)設情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang),資產(chan)采購、資金支出進展(zhan)情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)及有關職(zhi)能部(bu)門上半年工(gong)(gong)作落實情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)的匯報,分(fen)析了當前優質校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設及學生(sheng)管理、安全穩定等工(gong)(gong)作存在的問(wen)題(ti)和不足,對(dui)做好下一步工(gong)(gong)作進行(xing)了安排部(bu)署。
會議認為(wei)(wei),今年以來特別是上次優質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)項(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)專(zhuan)題會議以來,各項(xiang)目(mu)組按照進(jin)度安(an)排和會議要求群(qun)策群(qun)力、加班加點開(kai)展(zhan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)工(gong)作(zuo),有(you)(you)些任務目(mu)標(biao)已(yi)經超(chao)計劃完成(cheng),有(you)(you)些完成(cheng)難度較(jiao)大(da)(da)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)項(xiang)目(mu)已(yi)經找到了(le)替代方案,整(zheng)個(ge)建(jian)(jian)設(she)工(gong)作(zuo)取得(de)了(le)較(jiao)為(wei)(wei)顯(xian)著(zhu)的(de)成(cheng)績。但目(mu)前優質(zhi)校(xiao)(xiao)項(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)進(jin)度不均衡,有(you)(you)些項(xiang)目(mu)進(jin)展(zhan)較(jiao)為(wei)(wei)緩(huan)慢,資(zi)產招(zhao)投標(biao)、資(zi)金支出滯后,有(you)(you)些任務建(jian)(jian)設(she)現狀距(ju)離目(mu)標(biao)差距(ju)較(jiao)大(da)(da),個(ge)別建(jian)(jian)設(she)項(xiang)目(mu)的(de)瓶頸問題仍(reng)未解決。相對(dui)于建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)國(guo)內領先、國(guo)際先進(jin)的(de)優質(zhi)高(gao)職院校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)目(mu)標(biao)而言,我校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)建(jian)(jian)設(she)壓力仍(reng)較(jiao)大(da)(da)、困(kun)難仍(reng)較(jiao)多,必須依(yi)靠創新開(kai)拓新思路,依(yi)靠苦干(gan)實干(gan)干(gan)出新成(cheng)效。
會議要(yao)求,一(yi)是(shi)(shi)優(you)(you)勢(shi)力(li)(li)量聚焦優(you)(you)質(zhi)校(xiao),把優(you)(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為學院(yuan)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)重(zhong)中(zhong)之重(zhong)。各(ge)單(dan)位(wei)(部門)要(yao)服(fu)從、服(fu)務(wu)于優(you)(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設的(de)(de)大局,把精力(li)(li)向(xiang)(xiang)優(you)(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設集中(zhong),統一(yi)思想、統一(yi)步調、統一(yi)行動,全力(li)(li)以赴(fu)做好這(zhe)項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。年(nian)終考核中(zhong)加大優(you)(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)比重(zhong),強化(hua)正向(xiang)(xiang)激勵,努力(li)(li)形成(cheng)(cheng)干事創業的(de)(de)良好氛圍。二是(shi)(shi)瞄(miao)準重(zhong)點(dian)指標,在(zai)提(ti)升(sheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設成(cheng)(cheng)效上下功夫(fu)。把建(jian)(jian)(jian)設國(guo)家級(ji)、省級(ji)標志性成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)和技術服(fu)務(wu)到款額(e)、科技成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)轉化(hua)等具有(you)橫向(xiang)(xiang)可比性的(de)(de)量化(hua)指標作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為建(jian)(jian)(jian)設重(zhong)點(dian),進一(yi)步解放思想,針對(dui)重(zhong)點(dian)指標和重(zhong)難(nan)點(dian)問題(ti)(ti)切實拿出(chu)真招、實招、硬(ying)招,破解建(jian)(jian)(jian)設難(nan)題(ti)(ti),提(ti)升(sheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設成(cheng)(cheng)效。三是(shi)(shi)把握暑假(jia)關鍵節點(dian),推動建(jian)(jian)(jian)設成(cheng)(cheng)果(guo)(guo)再(zai)上新臺(tai)階。各(ge)項目組要(yao)利(li)用暑期時間充足的(de)(de)優(you)(you)勢(shi),集眾(zhong)人之力(li)(li)、匯(hui)眾(zhong)人之智(zhi),集中(zhong)攻關解決(jue)難(nan)題(ti)(ti)。各(ge)單(dan)位(wei)(部門)要(yao)樹(shu)立一(yi)盤棋的(de)(de)思想,通(tong)力(li)(li)配合、全力(li)(li)支持優(you)(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),對(dui)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設中(zhong)遇到的(de)(de)問題(ti)(ti),要(yao)主動協(xie)助解決(jue),推動建(jian)(jian)(jian)設項目順利(li)進行。
會議認為(wei),今(jin)年(nian)以來各(ge)(ge)有關(guan)職能處室按照年(nian)初工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)要(yao)點,做(zuo)了大量卓有成效的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),為(wei)優質校(xiao)建設提(ti)供了有力(li)保(bao)(bao)障,但仍(reng)存在一(yi)些薄弱環節(jie),需進一(yi)步加(jia)(jia)(jia)強。會議要(yao)求,一(yi)是做(zuo)實做(zuo)細學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)管理工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)特點強化分(fen)類管理,加(jia)(jia)(jia)強學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)紀(ji)律意(yi)識,提(ti)高(gao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)遵守紀(ji)律法制的(de)自覺性。抓(zhua)好養成教(jiao)育,培(pei)養學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)良好的(de)衛生(sheng)習(xi)慣、節(jie)能環保(bao)(bao)習(xi)慣等。二是抓(zhua)牢抓(zhua)好安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。加(jia)(jia)(jia)強師生(sheng)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)教(jiao)育,排(pai)(pai)除安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)隱患,提(ti)高(gao)師生(sheng)處理突發事件的(de)能力(li),打(da)造(zao)平安(an)(an)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan),為(wei)優質校(xiao)建設營造(zao)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)穩定的(de)校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)環境。把留學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)納入學(xue)(xue)院安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)管理的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)內容,配備充足人員、強化日(ri)常管理,確保(bao)(bao)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)活動順(shun)利(li)完成。三(san)是安(an)(an)排(pai)(pai)部署好假期工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。暑(shu)期優質校(xiao)項目(mu)建設、綜合改革(ge)、校(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)基礎(chu)設施整修等任務(wu)繁重(zhong),外出培(pei)訓的(de)領(ling)導干部也比較多,假前各(ge)(ge)單(dan)位(wei)(部門)負(fu)責人要(yao)提(ti)前安(an)(an)排(pai)(pai)部署好工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),確保(bao)(bao)各(ge)(ge)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)順(shun)利(li)進行。各(ge)(ge)部門之間(jian)也要(yao)加(jia)(jia)(jia)強協調溝通,打(da)好配合戰,為(wei)暑(shu)期各(ge)(ge)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)順(shun)利(li)開(kai)展提(ti)供便利(li)服務(wu)。
